BHS Summer School is back this July, offering a full range of courses for rising 9th–12th grade students — from visual arts and English to math, science, and history.
Whether your student needs to recover a credit, get ahead, or simply explore something new, there’s something for everyone at the 22 Tappan Campus.
Among the highlights are two visual arts electives: Drawing Foundations and Photography Foundations. Both are open to all grades, require no prior experience, and can count toward original credit, recovery credit, or personal enrichment.
Students in the college essay writing course will leave with a polished draft in hand, while the AP History/Social Studies Preparation course gives rising juniors and seniors a head start on their fall workload.
Core academic courses in English, math, and science round out the offerings, with small class sizes and dedicated instructors.
All in-person courses meet Monday through Thursday, June 30 to July 30, at BHS’s 22 Tappan Campus, conveniently located at the Brookline Hills Green Line stop.
Tuition ranges from $375 to $500 depending on the course and residency status. Financial assistance is available for Brookline Public Schools students.
Registration is open now through June 29.
