Funding Opportunities
MINI GRANTS: up $250 available all year for unanticipated needs.
ANNUAL GRANTS: grants of varying amounts applied for and awarded the year before.

SUMMER WISHLIST: Teachers & Staff can place items on wishlists for Amazon, Brookline Booksmith & Tappan Green sponsored by the PTO. Items will be advertised on their behalf to BHS families during the summer with the hope that families will fulfill many of these requests, if not all!.

There are three exceptions to the 5 item/$250 maximum:
- You are requesting multiple copies of a single book (or other curriculum material) totaling more than $250: or
- You are sharing items to be used with multiple educators; or
- You applied for a BHS PTO grant, did not receive a grant or only received a partial grant, and were invited to participate in the BHS PTO Summer Wishlist.
Accessing Approved Funding
Find instructions and deadlines for using approved funds.
Check in with the treasurer (treasurer@bhs-pto.org) about specific funding questions or confirm remaining balances.
Send a request for an invoice to be paid or request a reimbursement for a grant or line item.
Please submit a brief report on your grant using this google form.
