FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
Teachers & Staff may use all three funding options for different requests/needs within a school year, with the exception that there is already an established budget line item for that thing.
- ANNUAL GRANTS: grants of varying amounts applied for in the spring for the following school year.
- MINI-GRANTS: up $250 available all year for unanticipated needs that emerge during the school year Mini-grant application instructions and link to apply.
- SUMMER WISHLIST: Teachers & Staff can place items on wishlists for Amazon, Brookline Booksmith & Tappan Green sponsored by the PTO. Items will be advertised on their behalf to BHS families during the summer with the hope that families will fulfill many of these requests, if not all!
ACCESSING APPROVED FUNDING
- Find instructions and deadlines for using approved funds.
- Check in with the treasurer (treasurer@bhs-pto.org) about specific funding questions or confirm remaining balances.
- Send a request for an invoice to be paid or request a reimbursement for a grant or line item.
- Please submit a brief report on your grant using this google form.
