The big night is fast approaching! Our Brookline High School seniors are looking forward to their Prom on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, and we’re gearing up for an incredible all-night After the Prom Party to help them celebrate their final year together in a fun, safe, and memorable way.
A Safe & Memorable Senior Celebration
This cherished tradition, kicking off at 11:00 PM at the BHS Tappan Street Gym and running until 5:00 AM on Thursday, June 5th, is a significant event that provides a secure and supervised environment for our graduates to continue their celebrations.
As the Brookline High School PTO and a dedicated group of parents and community members know, it truly takes a village to pull off this fantastic night.
Your Support is Key to Success!
Right now, we’re in the home stretch of planning, and we still need your help to make this year’s After the Prom Party shine brighter than ever!
Here’s how you can contribute to this wonderful community effort:
- Make a Donation: Ticket sales for the After the Prom Party (available for $30 for seniors attending only the ATPP, or as part of the Senior Package) help, but they don’t cover all the costs associated with creating such a special and safe event. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference in providing food, entertainment, and security for our seniors.
- Volunteer Your Time: Many hands make light work! We have several volunteer opportunities where your energy and enthusiasm would be invaluable:
- Solicit food donations: Help us gather delicious treats and refreshments to keep our seniors energized throughout the night.
- Decorate and set up before the party: Transform the Tappan Street Gym into a festive and welcoming space.
- Staff the party or help with clean-up: Be part of the fun on the night itself or assist in ensuring everything is tidy afterward.
- Contribute Prizes: We love to give away prizes throughout the night, adding to the excitement for our seniors! If you or your business can donate gift certificates, merchandise, or other exciting items, please let us know.
- Become a Business Sponsor: We are actively seeking business sponsors to help defray the costs of this important community event. It’s a fantastic way to show your support for our local youth and gain visibility within the Brookline community.

This After the Prom Party is more than just a party; it’s a community-sponsored endeavor aimed at keeping our students safe on what is statistically one of the most dangerous nights of the year for high school students. Your support helps us continue this vital tradition.
